Lead - Donor Relations, Stewardship & Building Community Connections - Dan Edwards

The keys of Donor, Stakeholder, and Community Connections
This session focuses on the essential elements of establishing and nurturing connections with donors, stakeholders, and the community, drawing from fundamental principles learned early in life.
The phrase "listening to others, sharing is caring, and if we work together we can build a stronger bridge" encapsulates the core philosophy of the session. It emphasizes the importance of active listening, empathetic understanding, and the power of collaboration in building meaningful relationships.
Dan acknowledges that they do not profess expertise but rather will share insights based on personal experience and belief in the effectiveness of these principles. In hopes that this acknowledgment fosters an atmosphere of humility and openness, inviting participants to consider and apply these principles in their own contexts.

Keynote - Trevor Moore

Trevor Moore is a speaker, coach, entrepreneur, chronic pain warrior, mental health advocate, kindness crusader, and over-thinking in recovery, specializing in goal-setting, habit development and confidence building. As a coach, he works with athletes, sports teams, corporate groups and organizations, helping them find perspective, simplify their goals, face adversity, and build the confidence, clarity, motivation and habits needed to get them where they want to go. At his Virtual Coaching Academy, his signature program, The Habit Exchange, helps burnt-out and busy adults who feel guilty prioritizing their day and putting themselves first. Trevor believes personal and professional success has more to do with your habits, self-care strategies, and mindset, than it does complex systems or simply choosing to hustle harder. Being overwhelmed leaves you feeling spread thin and pulled in a million directions. Not only do your happiness, health, and wellness suffer, but your goals end up stalling out and taking a backseat to the day's challenges because there is not enough gas in the tank to get you where you want to go. It is all about learning to concentrate more on the things that matter while worrying less about the things that don't, so you can focus on thriving rather than just surviving! "From Surviving to Thriving!
